The Pursuit Manager is responsible for working with the Investor/Occupier Services Sales and the Sales Enablement team for establishing a Pursuit management framework that informs sales efforts.Job Description
About the role:
- Work with the business + external data sources to map the client’s overall portfolio (spend) to identify total addressable market.
- Work with internal data sources like - revenue, pipeline, and regional insights - to identify our share of wallet, the consequent white space opportunities and analysis of expanding share of wallet across the region.
- Develop a cadence of updating such insights to share with the Investor Services business on a regular and proactive basis.
- Develop and maintain ‘ready to use’ information packs on the clients that encompass track record of work completed and underway with the client globally, new trends in client’s industry, updates of their competitor set, business and growth strategy.
- Will track and maintain a decision maker matrix and map relationships to C&W sales team. Understand their social footprint.
- Develop and maintain all client intelligence as ‘Pursuit plans’ in a shared platform and ensure they are always kept updated.
- Proactively share all this information with the sales team + sales enablement team to enable discussion around touch point generation
About You:
- Strong knowledge of and expertise in data and sales insights
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills with high attention to details
- Pro-active, flexible, innovative, fast learner and highly motivated individual
- A business-oriented self-starter and problem-solver who can work under pressure
- Advance Excel and Power BI skills
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in business analytics, sales management or sales strategy & operations. New graduates are welcome to apply as well.
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration or Business Studies
- Interest in business development, sales operations, data mining/insights would be beneficial
- A proven analytical background
